As the legal cannabis market grows, the retail space has quickly become cluttered with brands and products all promising similar results. Enter Aya, the Sonoma-based operation focused on curating a premium cannabis oil for informed, culturally-savvy users.

Aya turned to JMS to envision an identity that would elevate their product to the desired level—a station previously reserved for fine wines and spirits. Coupling the luxury of Aya’s product with their deep industry expertise, JMS developed a name, crafted a brand identity, designed a suite of packaging, and launched a campaign to pelt Aya into a new level of cannabis retail, poised to grow as quickly as demand.

Duck Creek Technologies was created by insurance experts within the industry, and built in the cloud to maximize innovative solutions and game-changing results. With increasing digital transformation within the P+C space, a partner like Duck Creek was needed to help clients accelerate and innovate their approach within the insurance category.

When tasked with developing Duck Creek’s brand identity, JMS leaned into the unique name of the company and leveraged its sense of place as the brand’s core foundation. The brand messaging was helmed by “Made on Duck Creek,” positioning the brand as not just another platform, but a tangible place where the brand’s capabilities were offered and promises were met. With this foundation in place, we built out the brand story through video, print, and web marketing assets.
