PROJECT OVERVIEW

During a time of peak panic at the start of the coronavirus pandemic, CVS Health asked JMS to develop a platform that would bring together leaders and professionals on the frontlines of the pandemic to discuss emerging information, strategies, and concerns of the moment.

Through a first of its kind, video-led content series, we repositioned CVS as an innovator and facilitator of some of the most topical, urgent conversations affecting global health today. “Healthy Conversations” was produced remotely and launched in August 2020. After just five months, it achieved an 18% engagement rate as well as a 92.8% video view rate and 19.5M+ total impressions.

Cisco Webex Campaign

Launching Webex’s all-new features and capabilities, at a time when everyone is working from home.


PROJECT OVERVIEW

In March 2020, most of the world found itself working remotely. In an immediate effort to raise the bar and provide teams the tools they needed to work productively, Webex developed new features and capabilities to meet the growing market demand—and compete with key challengers like Zoom. Webex had a story to tell about how this time of crisis could give way to close collaboration, and they looked to JMS to help tell it. In less than six weeks, the JMS team worked entirely remotely to develop, design, and produce a TV and social campaign celebrating the capability, inclusivity, and—believe it or not—fun that Webex could bring to teams around the world, even in a time of crisis.
