BMC was historically seen as legacy brand that largely stood for “IT plumbing”: expensive, complicated, and lacking innovation. JMS was tasked with helping to challenge this market perception by leading a new conversation around Ops, and reintroduce BMC as the leader of its future.

We started by launching a new vision that brought urgency and relevance to BMC’s story, while centering on a big idea that gave BMC a clear POV. It threaded brand to product, resonated with a diverse audience, and informed both external and internal expressions of the brand, starting with an unveil at SKO.
